Reviews
Very interesting and creative Italian menu with a Japanese flair. We had the fassano tataki, cheese plin with black truffles, veal cheek, one of the sushi-like rolls, and a meringue dessert. Everything was beautifully presented and tasty. The service was excellent.
The food is very delicious and fresh. It makes awesome when the behaviour of stuff is very polite and gentle. The environment is also much suitable for families
A fusion kitchen that combines sushi-style cuisine with ingredients and flavours from the area. I had a Poke bowl with black rice, olives, chickpeas and cod (baccalà) and a sushi roll (8 pieces) with a center of sausage (salsiccia) topped with gorgonzola, pear and a crumble of walnuts and dark chocolate. An amazing firework of flavours that worked incredibly well (inspired by an Italian favourite combo: cheese and pear or other fruits). My friend tried the lamb, although the portion wasn't that generous the plate was presented beautifully and I quote "molto buono". If you happen to walk by I definitely recommend trying their meat sushi rolls and the poke bowls, as some of them are very unique and likely the only place where you will find such combinations!
Husband had the sushi with Piedmont twist. As vegetarian recommend poke bowl. Delicious wine. Good service.
Very cool place that you can enjoy with your loved ones

Small and intimate place near Piazza Ferrero. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I liked the food a lot, both the appetizer "for all tastes" and the meat-based sushi! The meat is very fresh and the dishes are not only good but also pleasant to look at. The chocolate and raspberry dessert is good. Excellent value for money, I thought I would spend more

We found ourselves in this place on Friday evening, we hadn't booked but there was a free place and they let us sit.
Very nice place, not very big but very intimate, easy to reach, 2 steps from Piazza Michele Ferrero.
The staff were very friendly, polite and attentive.
We had our first experience with meat sushi and it was a lovely surprise with the combinations. All dishes very tasty.
We also really liked the starter for all tastes.
The bill wasn't too high it was fair for what we ate and for the evening.
Very nice place, we will gladly return, I recommend it!
Definitely highly recommended booking
Excellent sushi restaurant with meat
I went to this restaurant for dinner with my girlfriend during a holiday in Alba. The restaurant is located on the driveway just outside the center near Piazza Michele Ferrero. It is also possible to book takeaway. The internal room does not have many seats, no more than thirty, but during good weather it is also possible to eat outside. This restaurant offers both traditional Langhe dishes and particular sushi, of eight pieces each, with Piedmontese ingredients from the area called Langasushi. I had the Albese embrace sushi with the white truffle which was grated onto my plate at the table. Piedmontese fassona meat with parmesan was present in the rice roll, melted butter was served as an accompaniment. Next I opted for a sushi called in front of the fireplace with sausage inside and lard, gorgonzola and chopped chestnuts on the outside accompanied with a gazpacho. Both dishes were fantastic, perfectly balanced and delicious. I accompanied the dinner with a glass of Barbera. The prices are honest considering the quality of the raw material. The service was attentive, fast and professional.
